Location: Sungai Dua, Gelugor, Penang (opposite USM)
Basic Pay: RM2,200 – RM2,600 per month

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create & Design: Develop custom jerseys and medals that match client requests (patterns, colors, materials).
- Quality Check: Ensure designs are production-ready and meet brand standards.
- Work with Clients: Join discussions to understand their vision and suggest creative options.
- Stay Trendy: Research the latest sportswear ideas and propose new concepts.
- File Management: Keep logos, fonts, and artwork organized for smooth workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- At least SPM qualification with a drive to grow in design.
- Minimum 1 year design experience (branding, marketing visuals, or digital content).
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Bonus: Blender/Rhino for 3D).
- Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, UV printing, or metal finishing is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail and design.
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
