Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to generate sponsorship revenue for our events
- Identify and prospect potential sponsors, build and maintain relationships with existing sponsors, and negotiate sponsorship agreements
- Work closely with the event team to ensure that sponsor deliverables are met and sponsor expectations are exceeded
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential sponsors
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sponsorship packages and collateral materials
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify new sponsorship opportunities
- Track and report on sales progress and revenue projections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
