- Support compliance checks for meetings
- Assist in coordinating with business units, market teams, Travel, Meetings, Card & Fleet (TMC&F) regional teams, and Process Excellence to support the meeting and congress audit process.
- Share compliance audit results with business units
- Help update and maintain process documents (Standard Operating Procedures) and stay familiar with global congress-related SOPs and policies.
- Provide support in handling basic inquiries as needed.
- Show professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail when working with colleagues, internal clients, and vendors.
- Assist the team and management with process improvements, lean initiatives, and ensuring data/system accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills (Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Effective communication (internal & externally) skills both written and spoken in English
- Strongly detail oriented and process improvement orientation
- Basic understanding and practical knowledge of processes in finance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
- Positive and proactive attitude, can-do mindset, problem solving and analytical skills
