As a Spa/Massage Therapist (Intern) at an International Spa Brand from Mumbai located in KLIA,
- Welcome clients warmly and create a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
- Understand clients' preferences and customize treatments accordingly.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, specially Shoulder and Foot Massage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common spa areas.
- Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and tools.
- Assist in scheduling and managing client appointments efficiently.
- Stay informed about spa products and provide recommendations based on clients' needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various spa treatments and promote overall wellness.
- Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and professional standards.
