Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1 year or more experience will have an advantage.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, both in crafting content and building relationships.
- Ability to shoot and edit content using mobile applications such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Own transport is an added advantage.
- Preferably female.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Write compelling copy and captions that reflect the brand’s voice and resonate with audiences.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Produce engaging visual content, including short-form videos and social graphics.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand presentation across all platforms.
