Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, TikTok) to boost brand visibility and drive student engagement and recruitment. 策划、制作并管理社交媒体内容 (如 Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok),提升品牌知名度,推动学生参与与招生。
- Manage and regularly update the institution's website and social media accounts with timely, accurate, and SEO-optimized content to enhance user experience and online reach. 维护并定期更新大学网站及社交媒体账号,确保内容及时、准确并符合SEO优化,提升用户体验与覆盖范围。
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as student recruitment, faculties, and marketing to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with institutional goals. 与招生、院系及市场团队紧密合作,制定并执行符合学校目标的数字营销活动。
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve return on investment (ROI). 运用分析工具监测并分析数字营销活动效果,不断优化策略,提升投资回报率。
- Produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, photography, and graphics for events, campaigns, and promotional use. 制作高质量的多媒体内容,包括视频、摄影及图形设计,用于活动宣传和品牌推广。
- Stay current with industry trends in social media, digital marketing, and higher education to ensure innovation and competitiveness. 紧跟社交媒体及高教行业的趋势与发展,持续提升数字化创新能力和市场竞争力。
- Maintain active engagement with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 与线上受众保持积极互动,及时并专业地回应评论与咨询,营造良好的社交媒体氛围。
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and communication channels. 确保在各类数字平台及传播渠道中的品牌信息一致性。

- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. 完成管理层交办的其他相关工作。
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field. 市场营销、传播、媒体、新闻或相关专业本科学历。
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in an education or agency setting. 至少3年社交媒体管理、数字营销或内容制作经验,有教育机构或广告公司背景者优先。
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a proven track record in developing engaging digital content. 具备良好的创意思维和内容策划能力,能独立创作吸引人的数字内容。
- Proficiency in multimedia tools such as video editing, photography, and graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). 熟练使用多媒体工具进行视频编辑、摄影及图形设计(如 Canva,Adobe 套件等)。
- Familiarity with website CMS and knowledge of SEO best practices. 熟悉网站内容管理系统(CMS)及SEO优化策略。
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). 具备数据导向思维,能使用分析工具(如 Meta 后台、Google Analytics)评估活动效果。
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage to support regional communication. 具备良好的英文沟通能力,会中文者优先,有助于支持区域沟通工作。
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. 拥有优秀的组织和多任务处理能力,能够高效管理多个项目。

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
