Job Description
- Working under supervision of Site Manager, assist in supervising daily operations on construction sites and to ensure the completion of tasks within the time frame.
- To co-ordinate and report periodically to the Site Manager on the project status and progress.
- To ensure compliance with all the appropriate safety requirements and quality standards.
- To supervise site workers and co-ordinate sub-contractor works as per work schedule.
- Organize & attend to defects rectification issues during DLP.
- Monitor and schedule material delivery.
- To attend site meeting, tools box meeting and others ad hoc meeting.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/ Job Requirements:-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/ diploma in civil engineering or building related discipline.
- Strong interest in gaining practical experience in construction site supervision.
- A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourcefulness is an essential skill for problem solving at site.
- Good communication skill.
- Required skill(s): MS Office/ MS Excel
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to learning
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 - 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
