WE'RE HIRING: Site Supervisor
Location: Onsite / Shah Alam
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at OMD Tech Sdn Bhd. This role involves monitor daily site operation, supervise and support work on the ground.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and monitor daily site operations.
- Supervise and guide subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations.
- Report daily progress and site issues to Project Engineer/Manager.
- Assist in material handling, site documentation, and coordination.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
- Support installation, testing, and maintenance works.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of fiber optic installation, structured cabling, splicing or construction is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work on-site.
-Valid lorry driver’s license (GDL/E) & clean record (If no lorry license, the company will provide one)
-Willingness to travel, work onsite with flexible hours
