We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our solar installation projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site solar PV installation activities for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (DOSH, CIDB, TNB, SEDA) and company HSE standards.
- Report daily site updates to the project manager and maintain accurate documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and ensure all works meet technical specifications and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate site records including material usage, worker attendance, and inspection reports for audit and handover purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Supervisor (solar or construction preferred).
- Diploma/Degree or technical certifications in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and site operations.
- Familiar with HSE practices and construction site safety.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to travel to project sites when required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
