-Track changes to the design and/or construction work.
-Strong attention to detail to ensure all measurements are accurate.
-Procure or agree on the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the project's construction. Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
-Measure and value the work done on-site. A solid understanding of construction techniques and materials and building regulatory requirements. Develop creative solutions to resolve issues that arise during the building process.
-Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, site engineers and other site workers.
-Frequent traveling from the office to various sites as required.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution.
-Independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, min 2 years experience is an advantage.
