· We need a strong Architect with good hands-on dev knowledge on both ITSM (CM = Change Mgmt, PM = Problem mgmt, KB = Knowledgebase, SR = Service Request, IM = Incident Mgmt, CMDB)
· Minimum 5 years of experience
· ServiceNow ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is required.
· Have experience with SAM & HAM
· Experience Map Processes to ServiceNow
· Work with customer and understand process.
· Experience in managing SeviceNow implementation projects
· Can work in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar South) at customer office for long term (1+ year)
