In the development of the business, we are looking for a self-motivated and multitasking Accounting Executive to join our team in HCMC.
Job Type: Full-time / Malaysia based
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze service and procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks using NetSuite
- Develop and maintain service and procurement reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service and procurement improvement
- Identify areas for improvement and implement service and procurement best practices
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and procurement processes
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with service management and procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and service/procurement software
- Ability to communicate complex service and procurement insights to non-technical stakeholders
