About this Job
Responsible for planning and developing the recruitment life cycle, offering expert consultation to hiring managers. Utilize market insights and trends to craft recruitment strategies that deliver a well-qualified and diverse pool of both internal and external candidates. Provide recommendations for hiring managers to navigate the selection, interview, and hiring processes effectively. Engage with the sourcing team to escalate challenging positions when necessary. Report directly to the Regional/Functional Recruitment Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations by promptly addressing and escalating issues when needed. Oversee each stage with precision, from job postings and pre-qualification to candidate ranking, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and ranking candidates, improving process efficiency.
- Efficiently manage complex and senior-level roles
- Conduct thorough intake meetings to accurately identify and address staffing needs for each role.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pool using assessment tools to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers, ensuring alignment with business needs and mutual satisfaction.
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement while maintaining transparent and effective communication.
- Deliver high-quality, timely recruitment services, consistently meeting SLAs and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including AI-driven social media campaigns, to target and engage top talent while leveraging the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Analyze ATS data regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and present actionable insights to stakeholders for better decision-making.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies using labor market insights, predictive analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic workforce plans and proactively address future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Extensive full-cycle recruitment experience, managing high volumes and senior-level roles.
- Advanced in ATS and data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Skilled in employer branding and social media campaigns to attract top talent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, with fluency in English.
- Knowledgeable in predictive analytics and labor market intelligence, applying insights to drive strategy.
- Proven ability to enhance candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
