Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, debug, and document Java-based applications.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of internal systems or client-facing applications.
- Analyze existing systems and assist in defining modifications to meet evolving business needs.
- Create and update technical documentation, including program specifications and user guides.
- Participate in unit testing by preparing test data, executing test cases, and verifying results.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with peers in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of Java programming experience.
- Knowledge and experience of relational databases (e.g., SQL).
- Exposure to software development tools and version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred with Insurance Industry knowledge.
