Job Purpose
To manage and oversee workers’ accommodation (CLQ) ensuring compliance and provide a safe, clean, and organized living environment for employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the CLQ, including room allocation and occupancy records.
- Ensure compliance with other government requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security of the quarters.
- Liaise with authorities during inspections and audits.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and utilities with vendors.
- Handle workers’ feedback, complaints, and welfare issues related to accommodation.
- Prepare simple reports on CLQ status and occupancy.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Admin, or related field.
- Experience in hostel/CLQ management or facility operations is an advantage.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
