Key Responsibilities: -
- To execute and report all daily tasks given by Security executive or Manager and HOD.
- To monitors outsource security's daily performance including building patrolling, static guard duties, attendance and security related matters.
- To ensure all necessary security measures are properly implemented and safeguard the safety and security of the building occupants and property.
- To ensure safety of guest, staff, visitors/vendors/supplier and property, work proactively - to prevent the theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of staff, and assist those who in needs, to provides excellent customer services, and to execute instructions form department supervisor/management staff.
- To work in potentially unpredictable situation, hence teamwork and effective communication with other security officers and staff are required.
- To execute emergency response, advanced threat response and evacuation procedures.
- To monitor equipment including CCTV, fire alarm system, any other surveillance systems and lift monitoring system, etc.
- To monitor any suspicious activity in the building, particularly those attempting to enter an authorized or restricted area at the direction of Security Head.
- To investigate all incident, accident, near miss and/or event to include in initial report and conducting interviews with appropriate follow up.
- To ensure that all staff, contractors and visitor entering PERTAMA premise provided their identity cards for Access Pass.
- To ensure screening of all outgoing and incoming materials, finished products and raw material are attached with proper documentation aligned with security SOP.
- To undertake any other job assigned which includes administrative task by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
- Provide support in terms of transporting staffs, taking care of company's vehicle such as ambulance and standby maintenance car.
- Monitor and control traffic movement and flow inside PERTAMA plant.
- To ensure workplace is clean and safe at all time.
- To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures, 5S practice and
- To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
