- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to maintain order and establish presence to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, including screening visitors and checking identification.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires or accidents, and take appropriate action.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations, including contacting emergency services if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct investigations into security-related incidents and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external parties as necessary.
- Enforce company policies and regulations, and report violations to the appropriate personnel.
