Sekolah Menengah Chung Hua (PSDN) Klang is a well-established independent Chinese secondary school with over 1,900 students currently enrolled. To support our ongoing development, we are expanding our management and student services team. We are now inviting caring, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Dormitory Teachers, working together to create a safe, supportive, and positive campus living environment for our students.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily dormitory routines (e.g., attendance, lights-off, simple record keeping).
- Care for students’ well-being and daily needs.
- Take duty shifts (on rotation) to ensure the dorm runs smoothly and peacefully.
- Conduct basic checks on cleanliness and safety.
- Encourage students to take responsibility for their personal space and hygiene.
- Assist with simple tasks during school events like Parents’ Day and Open Day.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or above, with a responsible and mature personality.
- Able to communicate in Chinese (reading and writing).
- Friendly and patient, with a genuine interest in caring for students.
- Willing to work on shifts and stay in the school dormitory.
- No experience required—training will be provided. Candidates with experience in student affairs, dormitory work, or counseling will be given priority.
- Able to handle basic emergencies calmly (training and support will be given).
