What You’ll Do:
- SAP Ariba Implementation: Lead or support full-cycle SAP Ariba implementations: design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support; Ensure system design aligns with business objectives and best practices.
- Managed Gateway Integration: Work with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to enable Ariba-ERP system integration; Troubleshoot and maintain managed gateway interfaces across modules; Analyze and test integration points for transactional data (e.g. purchase orders, invoices).
- Supplier Enablement: Drive supplier onboarding and Ariba Network registration; Provide training and support to suppliers to ensure document exchange and transactional readiness.
- Commerce Automation & Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC): Implement and optimize Ariba Commerce Automation, automating POs, invoices, order confirmations, and receipts; Support Supply Chain Collaboration processes including logistics coordination, Advance Shipping Notifications (ASN), and inventory visibility.
- Ariba Sourcing & Contracts: Support strategic sourcing initiatives using Ariba Sourcing and Contracts modules; Facilitate integration between sourcing, contracts, and ERP for a unified procurement process.
- Documentation & Testing: Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, and end-user training materials; Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training workshops.
- Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and suppliers; Communicate technical concepts clearly and adaptably to diverse audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years proven experience in SAP Ariba full-cycle implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Ariba modules including Commerce Automation, SCC, Sourcing, and Contracts.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba-ERP integration via CIG.
- Strong documentation, testing, and training capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Able to commit to a contract role.
