Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production and sales planning schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and planning execution.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or suppliers to handle inquiries, orders, and coordination matters.
- Assist in sales forecast, customer order processing, and inventory control.
- Monitor customer demands and coordinate delivery schedules accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and planning analysis for management.
- Support improvement initiatives in planning and sales coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 year of experience in planning, sales support or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently, responsible and a good team player.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
