Sales/Marketing Internship

Job Description:

• Assist in contacting potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
• Support sales presentations and client discussions
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Help maintain client database and CRM system
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns
• Join client visits or meetings when necessary
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned
• Engage and communicate with customers via comments, DMs, and social media interactions

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Malay and English (spoken and written)
• A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, IT, or other related fields
• Confident in communication, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction
• Willing to learn, proactive, and results-driven

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 - 6 months
