Job Description
Sales & Operations
1. Ensure excellent customer service is being done by demonstrating the good example to all promoters.
2. Conduct daily check on counters & boutiques to make sure SOP is being observed and implemented.
3. Ensure counters and boutiques are always in tip-top conditions
4. Responsible and accountable for achieving the monthly sales targets being set by the company.
Inventory Control
1. Ensure counters and boutiques have the right stocks and sufficient quantities.
2. Responsible for doing stock replenishment and ensure counters and boutiques are over or under stocks.
3. Conduct monthly stock count according to SOP.
Visual Merchandising
1. Ensure VM guideline is being followed and practiced.
2. Ensure boutique & counter are always in tip-top condition.
3. Responsible in making sure all relevant POP and promotions are being displayed and communicated.
Job Requirement
- Possess good interpersonal & excellent communication skills
- Experiences in Retail Sales, preferably 2 years of working experience in sales of fashion items
- Willing to travel across different states (Johor Baharu) to take care the sales and team
- Commit work during weekends and Public Holiday
Package (Basic + Commission + Incentive + Claims)
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
