Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our digital asset custody solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, understands the digital assets market, and is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead-generation strategies.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote Products and Services: Present and promote our digital asset custody solutions to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and features that align with their business needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare Sales Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms of sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Customer Support: Work closely with the support and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital asset, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrency, and the financial market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Travel may be required.
- On-call availability for emergency incident response.
- This role reports to the Head of Commercials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
