Key Responsibilities:
- Product Display and Presentation:Planning and implementing effective product displays, including shelf placement, in-store displays, and promotional materials, to highlight popular items and special offers.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of high-demand items, and addressing any stock-outs or wastage.
- Supplier Collaboration:Working with suppliers to negotiate prices, secure favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Sales Analysis and Trend Monitoring:Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and understanding consumer behavior to inform product selection and merchandising strategies.
- Market Research:Monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Staff Training and Support:Briefing staff on stock display, rotation, and product knowledge to ensure consistent execution of merchandising plans.
- Strategic Campaign Development:Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategic merchandising campaigns.
- Discount Implementation:Implementing discounts and seasonal sales to stimulate sales and meet promotional objectives.
- Assessing Display Effectiveness:Evaluating the impact of different product displays and store layouts on sales figures.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
