Sales Coordination Support
Job Purpose:
To assist the Sales & Marketing team in executing promotional activities, sales coordination, and client servicing while gaining hands-on experience in hospitality sales operations and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and event agreements for clients.
- Help maintain and update client databases, contracts, and correspondence.
- Follow up with potential clients under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
Marketing & Promotion Activities
- Support content creation for social media, e-newsletters, and online platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns or hotel events.
- Help monitor competitors' promotions and market trends.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Handle guest or client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins in a professional manner.
- Assist in hosting familiarization trips, site inspections, and VIP visits.
Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in compiling sales activity reports, monthly performance summaries, and marketing analytics.
- Maintain records of client communication, leads, and confirmed bookings.
Event & Group Handling
- Coordinate with other departments to support group check-ins, MICE events, and special requests.
- Attend internal meetings and provide admin support for event planning.
Learning & Development
- Participate in team briefings, product knowledge training, and site walkthroughs.
- Learn basic hotel selling techniques, branding strategy, and communication skills.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
