We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Marketing Specialist to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Actively generate new leads through calls, networking, digital outreach, and referrals.
- Conduct professional and persuasive client presentations that clearly showcase solutions and value.
- Support the sales process from prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closing.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing & Presentation Support
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Prepare well-structured proposals, presentations, and reports to support client pitches.
- Participate in company events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the brand professionally.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using CRM systems.
- Submit structured weekly/monthly sales activity reports, including pipeline updates and target progress.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen sales strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
- Strong presentation and communication skills; confident in client-facing roles.
- Detail-oriented and structured in managing tasks, proposals, and reports.
- Driven, energetic, and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite (CRM knowledge is a plus).

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM8,524.99 per month
