Job Description
- Responsible for managing and developing existing and new customers
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, report and adjust goals as needed.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members.
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and end users.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- To conduct sales presentations and negotiations with customers.
- To identify new business opportunities, requirements, and winning strategy in the geographical regions allocated.
- Other duties as assigned by the leader, supervisor, and manager.
Job Requirements
Required language(s): English and Malay
Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Have a strong passion for sales and a desire to deliver results.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
Ability to adapt to growth in a competitive environment.
