Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow TA and wholesale room nights and revenue.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, and wholesalers (local and international).
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships in key source markets.
- Negotiate competitive rates, contracts, allotments, and special offers for partners.
Account Management
- Maintain key accounts by ensuring consistent communication, service excellence, and business retention.
- Conduct regular sales calls, visits, and product presentations to partners.
- Monitor account production and performance, and prepare monthly reports.
- Work closely with Revenue and Reservations teams to manage inventory, blackout dates, and dynamic pricing strategies.
Contracting & Product Distribution
- Lead the annual contracting process with TAs and wholesalers.
- Ensure correct and timely loading of rates and packages into the distribution systems.
- Collaborate with OTA and GDS teams to optimize exposure and parity.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Keep abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements in the TA and wholesale segments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on production trends, source markets, and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support joint promotions, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with front office and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience for TA/wholesale bookings.
