Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Oversee the Sales team, monitor their performance, and guide daily activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
* Promote company products and services, enhancing market presence and brand reputation.
Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Conduct market analysis to identify sales growth opportunities and potential new business ventures.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
Achieve customer satisfaction targets and meet agreed sales goals.
Develop strategies to maintain and increase sales volume.
Prepare, manage, and track sales budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders to align project execution with client expectations.
* Manage and improve the sales feedback process, incorporating insights into strategic planning.
* Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams such as Project Management and Finance.
* Coordinate with Project Planning teams to communicate and implement client needs.
* Compile and present accurate sales figures, revenue projections, and financial reports to senior management.
* Execute company directives related to sales initiatives and strategic assignments.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with legal requirements, company policies, and ISO standards

KEY REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in industrial or project-based sectors.
* Proven track record in team leadership and revenue growth.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Awareness of ISO 9001 and GDPMD requirements
* This position may require occasional travel to project sites and flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
