Responsibilities
- Actively search & prospect new potential clients
- Perform outbound introduction calls & set appointments with potential clients
- Understand clients’ business needs & propose suitable solutions
- Consistently achieve KPIs & meet sales targets monthly
- Lead, train & motivate the sales team to achieve group and individual targets
- Manage and monitor all sales activities to ensure effectiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients & partners
- Participate in company events/activities as required
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years sales experience, with some team management exposure preferred
- Strong communication, presentation & leadership skills
- Able to coach and motivate sales team members
- Computer literate with knowledge of sales/CRM tools
