KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
► Responsible for managing administration of department to ensure smooth running of the operations and targets set are achieved
► To deliver consistent performance and compliance to the safety and hygiene standards every day in individual department.
► Effectively manage, provide guidance and motivate and take team members together as a team.
Education Qualification and Experience
► Degree/Diploma in any field.
► 3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
Computer Literacy Skill
MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team
Language Skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Environment
Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
Career Mobility
Able to move upwards or laterally within the AEON BIG Business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
