POSITION - SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - SECTION 16, SHAH ALAM
SALARY - RM 4000-6000
Key Responsibility
1. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.
2. Build and maintaining client relations.
3. To assist Manager, Sales & Marketing in preparing product pricing and update sales forecast.
4. To provide efficient and excellent quality of sales support and administrative service to the sales section, including processing sales order, delivery schedule, changing and updating order, delivery schedule, changing and updating order and contract and packing list, processing credit notes, invoice and billing, resolving any documentation errors, receiving LC and updating customer master files.
5. To assist in debtors collection and updating the relevant records, reminders of payment due dates.
6. To assist in ensuring timeliness and accurate sales and market information for Procurement and Production department.
7. To document customers’ feedback and information to the R&D and Customer Support department for service and production improvement.
8. To track the production and delivery schedule to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
9. To assist in managing and tracking orders by liaison with various departments, including material control and production department.
10. Preparation of quotation.
11. To assist in ensuring optimal bill collection and debtor turnover period by identifying customer for late payment and performing follow up action.
12. To assit for the compliance of security export control together with the Marketing engineer/Sales Executive for export related sales.
13. To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by Section Head and Department Head, if necessary.
14. To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.
