Job Description & Job Details
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: No. 23, Jalan Melaka, 42000, Port Klang
1) Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry through market research, networking, and cold calling
2) Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach efforts
3) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
4) Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations
5) Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
6) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
7) Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other team members to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth
8) Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback
9) Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of logistics solutions
10) Customize proposals to address specific needs and challenges of each client
11) Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts, renewals, and expansions
12) Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication throughout
13) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
14) Provide input and feedback to support product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
15) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
16) Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Preferred Qualifications
1) Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics industry
2) Strong networking, cold-calling, and lead-generation skills
3) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4) Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
5) Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
6) A proactive, solution-driven approach to client management
7) Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
