On-Ground Sales Executive (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Sunway Geo, Bandar Sunway, Selangor
Salary: RM1,700 basic + Commission & Incentives
Working Hours: 6 days a week (rotational schedule, 8 hours per day)
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our on-ground sales team. You will represent our company at booths, roadshows, and events, promoting telecommunication and WiFi service packages to potential customers. Training will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend roadshows, booths, and promotional events at assigned locations
- Promote internet and WiFi packages to walk-in customers
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with registration and application process
- Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market response
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours (when events are scheduled)
- Possess own transport is an advantage
- Prior sales or promoter experience is an added benefit (not compulsory)
- Immediate start preferred
