What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend custom furniture solutions
- Provide accurate quotations and manage the full sales cycle
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and contribute to team success
- Follow up with customers for after-sales service and support
- Handle e-invoicing, stock coordination, and ensure SOP compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred – furniture/home décor a plus
- Passionate fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
Skills & Traits
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Sales-driven with persuasive negotiation ability
- Confident with basic computer tools (POS, MS Office, email)
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Language proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English

What You’ll Get:
- Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300/month
