In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals. Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly driven individual and result-orientated to hit KPIs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and set appointments for sales team.
- Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
- Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly appointment set targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
