Job Description:
- Provide design consultation and furniture layout advice to clients based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations, basic design sketches and proposals to customer.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
- Handle post-sales follow-up including delivery and installation coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and share customer feedback with the management team.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align on promotions and product campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in furniture sales or interior design is an added advantage.
- Passion for interior design and up-to-date knowledge of furniture trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.
- Possess must have own transport.
