We are looking for Sales Engineer (Semi-Conductor Industry) to join our well establish team in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and service existing accounts, responding promptly to RFQs and addressing all related sales issues and activities
- Collaborate closely with in-house engineers and customer service teams to provide solutions tailored to customer inquiries and requirements
- Maintain and enhance service quality by enforcing sales standards and ensuring timely responses to customers
- Prepare regular reports on customer activities and competitor developments
- Handle customer correspondence effectively with strong communication skills and high accuracy of information
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration (or related discipline)
- 1–2 years of experience in sales and commercial activities (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials) structures
- Travelling required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
