- Planning and scheduling job to production department.
- Provide necessary information and attend to factory manager requirement.
- Communicate and coordinate with customer regarding job schedule.
- Ensure job completed before due date.
- Ensure job complaint are repair before due date.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
