Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s renovation and interior design services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Work with internal design teams to prepare proposal tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with contractor and project teams on-site to ensure client requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design, Construction Management, or Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in interior design, renovation, or property industry)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must possess own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
