- Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about products, services, and promotions.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and drive sales to achieve both individual and team targets.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store layout, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Support stock management by receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise, while promptly reporting any inventory discrepancies.
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and return transactions in compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Collect and share customer feedback and product insights to enhance product offerings and overall customer experience.
- Contribute to loss prevention by adhering to security procedures and monitoring for theft or suspicious activity.
