- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide information about products and promotions.
- Proactively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure store displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise; report inventory discrepancies as needed.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns accurately, following store policies.
- Gather customer feedback and product insights to enhance offerings and improve satisfaction.
- Adhere to security and loss prevention procedures to minimize theft and loss.
