Job description:
This role involves assisting customers with their shopping needs, ensuring excellent customer service, handling payment transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels. You will also support inventory tasks and follow company policies on safety and cash handling. The Sales assistant Cum Cashier must friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented, with good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and making recommendations.
- Handle payment transactions (cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet) accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, process returns or exchanges in line with company policy.
- Replenish stock on shelves and ensure the store is tidy and well-organized.
- Assist in basic inventory tasks such as stock counting or reporting stock shortages.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Follow safety procedures, cash handling policies, and company regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Honest, responsible, and friendly personality.
- Experience in retail or cashiering is an advantage.
- Willing to be based in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
