Job Description:
- Attend to customer inquiry pertaining to price, delivery schedules and product availability of products selected by customer.
- Assisting customers with purchases and giving them detailed information of products including information products with environmental and pollution levels on products.
- Ensuring the proper handling of goods as meet environmental quality standards and reporting loss and damages to the concerned authorities.
- Assisting in billing and collecting payment.
- Placing orders for replenishment of stock, and filling order forms.
- Making sales reports and analysis for evaluation.
- Effectively organizing and synchronizing work with other departments/sections such as Store, Production and Purchasing.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure on-time delivery.
- Other job assignment requested by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM/SPTM/Diploma in related field.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- PC literate (MS Excel and Power Point experience is required).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, initiative, excellent teamwork and hardworking.
- 1-3 years in sales/marketing experience will be added advantage.
- A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, either internal and external to the organization.
- Creative and forward thinking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
