An established and expanding company is looking an aggressive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercial efforts and drive business growth.
Role Description
- Execute strategies to achieve sales targets, increase brand visibility, and grow market share through campaigns, promotions, and key account management.
- Oversee customer service and after-sales support to maintain high service standards, resolve issues promptly, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage and coach teams, monitor performance, implement CRM systems, and drive continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and service functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing management. Experience in export sales is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of improving service delivery.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and performance tracking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
