About The Role:
Are you a highly motivated sales professional, sales advisor, or promoter with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? Do you excel in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment where your hard work translates directly into HIGH COMMISSION? CARSOME is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our showroom team. You will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through our trusted process to find and purchase their ideal vehicle from our quality-curated inventory. This is a target-driven role with significant UNLIMITED EARNING based on your sales performance.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Engage with customers, including walk-ins, those with pre-booked appointments, and new prospects you identify.
- Conduct engaging live sessions on social media platforms to showcase CARSOME's offerings and connect with potential buyers.
- Utilize your persuasive and empathetic skills to understand customer needs and recommend the perfect vehicle from our inventory.
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and facilitate test drives to provide a comprehensive customer experience.
- Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to financing applications and final documentation.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Actively prospect for new customers and manage relationships using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently for smooth transactions.
- Provide excellent post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate as part of a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Your Know-How (What We're Looking For):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred, particularly from industries such as retail, hospitality, direct sales, promoter roles, or prior sales advisor experience.
- While not mandatory, experience in automotive sales or the car industry is a strong advantage.
- A high level of self-motivation, resilience, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn high commission.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly persuasive and empathetic with a strong customer focus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize sales systems and engage on social media platforms.
- Strong follow-up skills to manage leads and customer relationships effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a competitive and driven attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
