Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Words.
- Independent and detail oriented
- Support company sales & marketing events and activities as and when required.
Responsibilities :
- Process Sales orders, D/O, P/O , Invoice and handle overall sales admin operation.
- Monitor collection or allocation stocks and stock movement.
- Coordinating and monitoring shipment arrival and sales billing.
- Oversee Approved Permit distribution and dealers collection
- Prepare event report and sales meeting minutes. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare presentations and handle confidential corresponds
- Communicate and liaise with the customers from time to time.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
