Responsibility:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth daily operations
- Handle incoming customer inquiries & process regular customer purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Monitor and coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse/logistics teams
- Suggest basic solutions and alternatives to customer requests or issues
- Assist in preparing sales reports and customer analysis.
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree education or equivalent.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment.
- Chinese speaker is preferable, 35 years old and below
- Fresh graduates encourage to apply
