Job Summary
We are looking for experienced SailPoint Developers with strong expertise in designing,
developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end SailPoint IIQ implementations, customization, and integration with enterprise applications, along with strong Java and
REST API skills.
The role will involve working closely with security, compliance, and IT teams to deliver
robust identity governance solutions in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) components such as workflows,
rules, connectors, and forms.
- Implement and customize SailPoint IIQ for user lifecycle management, provisioning, de-
provisioning, and certification processes.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various enterprise applications and directories via connectors
and REST APIs.
- Develop custom Java-based rules, workflows, and extensions for SailPoint.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and resolve defects.
- Work on role-based access control (RBAC) design and implementation.
- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for identity-related
incidents.
- Collaborate with business, security, and IT stakeholders to align IAM solutions with
organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies.
Required Skills
Experience- 8+ years of relevant IT experience with at least 5 years in SailPoint Identity IQ
development.
- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ configuration, customization, and connector
development.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Good understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC,
access reviews, and certifications.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, and Cloud
Applications.
- Strong knowledge of identity governance and compliance requirements in the banking
domain.
- Proficient in writing technical documentation and design specifications.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for IAM deployments.
