The Safety Model Operations Training team works with sensitive and impactful content including images, video, and text related to everyday life. This may include (but is not limited to): bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others; and harm to animals.
Our Trainers will be responsible for enabling high-quality performance by delivering impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs for both new and existing team members. They will play a key role in identifying knowledge gaps, developing targeted training interventions, and supporting team members in upskilling and adapting to evolving project needs.
The successful candidate must be confident in working closely with XFN partners to understand project requirements, training needs, and performance expectations. They should be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments and be able to set clear SMART goals for their own development and for the training programs they deliver.
They must also demonstrate strong ownership, be proactive in proposing improvements, and help develop best practices and scalable methodologies to elevate the effectiveness and impact of the Training function.
Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver impactful training programs that support high performance across Safety Model Operations projects, while developing and maintaining best practices in training delivery.
- Facilitate regular calibration and alignment sessions with stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and application of policies and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Policy Team & Project POC to effectively communicate policy updates and changes to trainees and ensure timely clarification of policy-related questions across internal and external teams.
- Monitor training effectiveness by evaluating performance data and feedback, and provide actionable insights to improve training content and delivery.
- Compile and deliver training reports and insights to team leads and management to track learning progress and effectiveness.
- Escalate knowledge-related gaps or concerns through the appropriate RCA channels to improve learning outcomes.
- Identify learning needs and opportunities for performance improvement across regions and projects, and proactively address them through targeted training interventions.
- Support or lead knowledge briefings and refresher training to ensure consistent policy alignment, taking into account local cultural, socio-political, and market conditions.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of training content through relevant platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, TCS, Rock Appeal).
- Be flexible and willing to support or backfill training coverage where needed across regions or teams.
- Contribute to new-hire onboarding by delivering foundational and role-specific training sessions.
- Conduct quality certifications, knowledge assessments, or refreshers regularly to reinforce knowledge retention and compliance.
- Design and develop structured training plans and materials in line with rollout timelines and project needs.
